This Policy applies to Intellectus Universe’s websites, applications, products, and services that display or provide links to this Policy, including doctranslate.com.
In conducting our business at Intellectus Universe, we fully understand and respect the importance of your personal data and will adopt appropriate safety protection measures to protect it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, including the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act (“PDPA”). Our Policy is to inform you about your rights concerning the processing of your personal data. We will not use your personal data for any purpose not covered in this Policy without prior notification or obtaining your consent.

(1) How We Collect & Use Your Personal Data
A. Collection of Personal Data
We collect personal data strictly for the purposes described in this Policy. “Personal data” means any information that can be used to identify an individual, alone or with other data. You may need to provide such data when using our services. Failure to provide certain data may prevent us from providing certain products or services.
Depending on your interaction with us, Intellectus Universe may collect:

Intellectus Universe does not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health, racial, religious, or sexual orientation information) unless required for specific services and with explicit consent.

The legal bases for processing your personal data include your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, and our or third parties’ legitimate interests.

A. Cookies

By continuing to use our services after updates, you agree to the revised Policy. If you do not agree to any updates, please discontinue using our services immediately.
